Abstract:
Provided is an over-fueling prevention valve with which it is possible for the pressure inside a tank to be reduced rapidly after full-tank regulation by means of a full tank regulation valve during refueling. This over-fueling prevention valve 10 is provided with a housing 11 having a first opening 24, a second opening 33, and a first valve seat 27, a parent valve 40 provided with a first end opening 54, an other end opening 63, and a second valve seat 64, a first spring S1, a child valve 70, and a second spring S2, wherein: urging forces of the first spring S1 and the second spring S2 are set such that a re-closing valve pressure of the parent valve 40 is higher than the re-closing valve pressure of the child valve 70; and with the parent valve 40 separated from the first valve seat 27, the first opening 24 and the second opening 33 communicate with one another by way of an external space R2.
