Abstract:
An overcurrent protection circuit of a composite transistor device. The overcurrent protection circuit is connected between an input end and a load end, and comprises a control end voltage generation module (100) used for enabling an output end voltage to change with an input end voltage under the driving of a first voltage to generate a control end voltage for output; a composite transistor device (200) connected between the control end voltage generation module and the load end and used for being conducted under the action of the control end voltage and a second voltage to generate output current flowing through the load end; and an overcurrent protection module (300) connected between the composite transistor device (200) and the load end and used for providing a clamping voltage for the composite transistor device (200) when the output current exceeds a current limit value and limiting the current flowing through the composite transistor device (200) by utilizing the voltage, to limit the output current. According to the overcurrent protection circuit, the problems that an output voltage margin is limited and the circuit temperature is too high due to the sensing resistance of an existing overcurrent protection circuit and the response speed is low due to a current-limiting feedback loop are solved.
