Abstract:
An overcurrent protection circuit, comprising N left overcurrent protection sub-modules (11, 12, …, 1N) and N right overcurrent protection sub-modules (21, 22, …, 2N), applicable to a GOA circuit having a dual-drive function. Each left GOA unit and each right GOA unit can be driven by corresponding left and right level conversion sub-modules (31, 32, …, 3N; 41, 42, …, 4N) by outputting clock control signals; a first left level conversion sub-module (31) and a first left GOA unit are connected by means of a left clock wire; and the first left overcurrent protection sub-module (11) which is connected in series to the first left clock wire or provided between the first left clock wire and the first left level conversion sub-module (31) is used for controlling the first left level conversion sub-module (31) to stop outputting a first left clock control signal (CK1-L) when a first left drive current (I1-L) on the first left clock wire is greater than a preset current threshold. When a left clock wire of a GOA unit in a certain row is short-circuited, a clock control signal of a right clock wire connected to the left clock wire may not be affected, and therefore, the GOA unit can still operate normally. Also provided is a liquid crystal display comprising the overcurrent protection circuit.
