Abstract:
An overcurrent protection circuit comprises: a current transformer (T2), wherein a primary side winding thereof (Na) is in series with a primary side winding (Np) of a transformer (T3), and one terminal of a secondary side winding (Nb) is grounded (GND) and the other terminal is connected to the anode of a diode (D4); a first resistor (R1), having one terminal thereof connected to the cathode of the diode (D4) and the other terminal thereof being grounded (GND); a second resistor (R2), having one terminal thereof connected to the cathode of the diode (D4) and the other terminal thereof connected to the cathode of a Zener diode (ZD1); a NPN type transistor (Q4), whose base is connected to the anode of the Zener diode (ZD1), whose emitter is grounded (GND), and whose collector is connected to the cathode of a light-emitting device (IC1A); the light-emitting device (IC1A), whose anode is connected to an LLC chip (LLC IC), and which is also connected to a first voltage output terminal (V0) via a third resistor (R3); and an optical receiver (IC1B), whose output terminal is grounded (GND), and whose input terminal is connected to a second voltage output terminal (VCC) and to a PFC chip (PFC IC). The overcurrent protection circuit can carry out overcurrent protection when a power supply circuit outputs a large current.
