Abstract:
Disclosed is an overcurrent protection circuit, comprising a protection circuit body and a conduction detection circuit, wherein the conduction detection circuit is used for detecting the conduction conditions of relevant MOS transistors in the protection circuit body, and controlling the protection circuit body so that same triggers/does not trigger an overcurrent protection mechanism according to a detection result. The present invention can solve the problem of there being a dead zone in terms of time in traditional overcurrent protection.
