Abstract:
The sources of a plurality of semiconductor elements (1a)-(1f) are commonly connected to each other, and the drains thereof are also commonly connected to each other. A voltage measuring unit (10) measures an on-voltage between the source of a first semiconductor element (1a) among the plurality of semiconductor elements and the drain of the first semiconductor element (1a). After receiving information indicating the magnitude of the on-current between the source of the first semiconductor element (1a) and the drain of the first semiconductor element (1a) and receiving the measured value of the on-voltage measured by the voltage measuring unit (10), a determination unit (12) determines, on the basis of the measured value of the on-voltage and the input information indicating the magnitude of the on-current, whether the plurality of semiconductor elements are in a normal state or in an overheated state.
