Abstract:
An overheat protection control unit for liquid heater comprises a single-chip dual-conjoined heat sensitive bimetal actuator (2) which is arranged on the upper surface of a control structure (1). The bimetal actuator (2) is integrated with a bimetal strip which is equipped with two conjoined mutual independent actuating units. One of the edge lines (11) of the two actuating units is located at the inner side of the other. The bimetal actuator (2) has a common join part (12) which is located at the inner side of every actuating unit's edge line (11) and the two actuating units constitute the bimetal actuator(2) by means of the common join part (12). The two groups of switch contacts (6) provided in the control structure (1) are respectively cooperated with the corresponding actuating units.
