Abstract:
An overheat protection controller assembly for a liquid heating vessel includes a controller body (1). A single sheet-integrated double-actuation thermo-sensitive bimetal actuator (2) is provided on the upper face of the controller body (1). The single sheet-integrated double-actuation thermo-sensitive bimetal actuator (2) is two actuating units which are mutually independent and conjoined formed on a piece of bimetal sheet. The edge line (11) of each of the two actuating units comprises a section of partial common join edge line (12) and the two actuating units are respectively located on two sides of the partial common join edge line (12). The partial common join edge line (12) effectively facilitates two actuating units to form a single sheet-integrated double-actuation thermo-sensitive bimetal actuator (2). Two groups of switch contacts (6) are correspondingly arranged on the controller body (1), and each group of switch contacts (6) is matched with a corresponding actuating unit.
