Abstract:
An overlay welding device which forms an erosion shield with high erosion resistance, an erosion sheet forming method and a rotor blade manufacturing method are provided. This overlay welding device is provided with a powder supply head which sprays the welding metal to be used in overlay welding, a laser head which irradiates a laser, a line generator which irradiates linear light for use in measurement, an imaging device which images said linear light for use in measurement, a displacement mechanism which displaces the powder supply head and the laser head relative a base body, and a control device which shifts the relative positions by means of the displacement mechanism such that the projection image of the linear light projected onto the base body and imaged by the imaging device overlaps with a prescribed position of the imaging device, sets the position where the projected image overlaps with the prescribed position of the imaging device as a copy position, and controls the displacement mechanism on the basis of the copy position to displace the powder supply head and the laser head relative to the base body.
