Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to more reliably determine from which position on a distal end a treatment tool inserted into a channel will protrude. This overtube (1) includes: a tubular member (4) that has a treatment tool channel (2) into which a treatment tool (120) can be inserted and an endoscope channel (2) into which an endoscope (110) can be inserted; and a channel position identification part (5) which is disposed on at least a portion of an inner longitudinal surface of the endoscope channel (2) and which indicates the circumferential position of the treatment tool channel (3) relative to the endoscope channel (2).
