Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an overvoltage protection circuit, the overvoltage protection circuit comprising: a switch circuit, the switch circuit respectively being electrically connected to a positive electrode input end and a positive electrode output end, and the switch circuit being used for controlling the electrical connection and disconnection between the positive electrode input end and the positive electrode output end; an overvoltage detection circuit, the overvoltage detection circuit being electrically connected to the positive electrode input end, and the overvoltage detection circuit being used for outputting an overvoltage signal when detecting that the voltage of the positive electrode input end exceeds a preset voltage; a voltage comparison circuit, the voltage comparison circuit being electrically connected to the overvoltage detection circuit, the voltage comparison circuit being used for outputting a disconnection signal after receiving the overvoltage signal; and a control circuit, the control circuit respectively being electrically connected to the voltage comparison circuit and the switch circuit, and the control circuit being used for outputting a shutdown signal to the switch circuit after receiving the disconnection signal; the switch circuit is also used for disconnecting the electrical connection between the positive electrode input end and the positive electrode output end after receiving the shutdown signal. The stability of the present overvoltage protection circuit is high.
