Abstract:
Provided is an isomer of the N1-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N2-((1S, 2R, 4S)-4-[(dimethylamino)carbonyl]-2-{[(5-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}cyclohexyl)ethanediamide represented by general formula (II)

a salt thereof, or solvates of the same. The isomer, salt thereof, and solvates of the same are useful as the standard reference in a test for assaying impurities in a drug composition containing the compound represented by formula (II), a salt thereof, or a solvate of the same.
