Abstract:

The derivatives are represented by general formula (I) wherein R1, R2, and R3 each independently represents hydrogen, halogen, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy or cycloalkyloxy; R4 and R5 each independently represents hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or, when taken together, R4 and R5 form a polymethylene chain; with the above-described alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy, cycloalkyloxy, and aryl being optionally substituted. The novel derivatives show an excellent herbicidal activity against harmful weed with low phytotoxicity for crop plants.
