Title:
OXIDE CATALYST, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING UNSATURATED ALDEHYDE, DIOLEFIN OR UNSATURATED NITRILE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/051090
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an oxide catalyst which is suppressed in reduction degradation of the catalyst even in a long time industrial operation, while being small in decrease of the yield of an unsaturated aldehyde, the yield of a diolefin or the yield of an unsaturated nitrile; a method for producing the oxide catalyst; and a method for producing an unsaturated aldehyde, a diolefin or an unsaturated nitrile, which uses the oxide catalyst. The present invention is an oxide catalyst which is used when an unsaturated aldehyde, a diolefin or an unsaturated nitrile is produced from an olefin and/or an alcohol, and which satisfies the following conditions (1)-(3). (1) The oxide catalyst contains molybdenum, bismuth, iron, cobalt and an element A having an ionic radius of more than 0.96 Å (excluding potassium, cesium and rubidium). (2) Relative to the 12 molybdenum atoms, the atomic ratio (a) of the bismuth satisfies 1 ≤ a ≤ 5, the atomic ratio (b) of the iron satisfies 1.5 ≤ b ≤ 6, the atomic ratio (c) of the element A satisfies 1 ≤ c ≤ 5, and the atomic ratio (d) of the cobalt satisfies 1 ≤ d ≤ 8. (3) The oxide catalyst contains a disorder phase that is formed of a crystal system containing the molybdenum, the bismuth, the iron and the element A.
