Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel activity enhancing agent for oxidized protein hydrolase. [Solution] This oxidized protein hydrolase activity enhancing agent is characterized by containing the extract of at least one type of plant selected from a group comprising water chestnut, stevia, rosemary, thyme, chrysanthemum, savory, wormwood, chestnut, spearmint, marjoram, peppermint, lemon balm, allspice, perilla, basil, and caraway.
