Abstract:
An oxygen dissolving method and a device for oxidizing a summer and autumn tea concentrated solution into an instant black tea. The device comprises a summer and autumn tea solution storage tank, a gas-liquid mixing pipeline loop provided on the summer and autumn tea solution storage tank, a colour detecting pipeline loop and the like. The method comprises: mixing the summer and autumn tea concentrated solution with an air flow and sending the mixture back to the summer and autumn tea solution storage tank along the gas-solution mixing pipeline loop; detecting the summer and autumn tea concentrated solution in the solution storage tank by a colour online detecting device, and immediately stopping the oxidation when the chromatic value falls within a preset target chromatic value range.
