Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oxygen-generating humidifier which discharges a combination of oxygen and vapor obtained by the thermal decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. The oxygen-generating humidifier comprises: a humidifier body having a hydrogen-peroxide inlet port, an oxygen/vapor outlet port, and a flow channel which interconnects the inlet port and the outlet port; a hydrogen-peroxide decomposer which is installed on the flow channel formed in the humidifier body, and which includes a heater and a decomposition promoter to be heated by the heater; a hydrogen-peroxide storage container, which stores hydrogen peroxide to be supplied to the hydrogen-peroxide decomposer via the flow channel therein, and which is coupled to the hydrogen peroxide inlet port such that the inlet of the hydrogen peroxide storage container is directed downwardly; and a power supply device for supplying power to the heater of the hydrogen-peroxide decomposer.
