Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oxygen generator mainly used in a farm or a ballast water treatment system, by improving the structure of a pressure swing adsorption (PSA)-type oxygen generator. That is, the present invention is characterized in that, in an oxygen generator (1) which can adsorb nitrogen in compressed air into a bed (2), filled with a zeolite, through a supply tube (5), and discharge high-purity oxygen through a discharge tube (13) having an upper SM filter (14) installed thereto, a flange (2a) formed on top of the bed (2) and a cover (4) having, at the bottom thereof, a flange (4a) assembled to correspond to the flange (2a) can be assembled and disassembled with a plurality of bolts, an expansion bed piece (3) having flanges (3a) at the top and bottom thereof is assembled between the bed (2) and the cover (4) with the plurality of bolts, and a lower SM filter (7) filled with an alumina (11) is installed to the supply tube (5) at the bottom of bed (2).
