Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ozone generating electrode, a method for preparing same, and an electrolysis device having same. The electrode is prepared by the following method: preparing an electrode plate and a catalyst, the electrode plate being made of a non-metallic conductive material, and the catalyst being prepared from a reaction using SnC2O4, Sb2O3, and Ni(CH3COO)2•4H2O as raw materials; coating the electrode plate with the catalyst and heating the electrode plate at a temperature of 450-780°C; repeating the steps above for 9-14 times so that the catalyst forms a uniform coating film on the electrode plate; and sintering the electrode plate to obtain an electrode. By using the electrode prepared in the present invention as the anode of an electrolysis device, high yield of ozone is implemented electrolysis, and the electrode has a longe service life and can be used for the treatment of strong acid and alkali wastewater.
