Abstract:
A P-type FeNbTiSb thermoelectric material with a high optimal value. The P-type FeNbTiSb thermoelectric material is made of a raw material FeNb1-xTixSb, where x=0.06-0.24. A method for preparing the thermoelectric material comprises: firstly, weighing raw materials iron, niobium, titanium and stibium according to chemical dosages of the components, and under the protection of argon, smelting to obtain a cast ingot; and smashing the cast ingot into particles, and then performing sintering to obtain the P-type FeNbTiSb thermoelectric material.
