Abstract:
A process for producing a low $g(a)-olefin polymer which comprises lowly polymerizing an $g(a)-olefin in an organic solvent in the presence of a Ziegler catalyst, characterized in that the low polymerization is conducted in many steps while feeding the $g(a)-olefin to each reaction step. By the process, a low $g(a)-olefin polymer which contains no impurities and has a higher purity can be obtained.
