Abstract:
This package recognition device recognizes a package on the basis of an image that includes the package, and is provided with a processor and memory. The processor, in cooperation with the memory, performs recognition of a person in a recognition target space inside the image; subtracts, from the recognition target image, the space inside a prescribed range which includes at least a portion of the recognized person; and sets the space obtained by said subtraction as a new recognition target space to perform recognition of the package.
