Description:
PACKAGE SYSTEM FOR STUFFED FOOD.

This Patent of Invention refers to a package system for stuffed food-very useful in the industrial nourishment-which enables the release of the stuffing in the stuffed's interior only at the very moment it's to be eaten, keeping thus the original characteristics of each one of the involved foods, besides the fact that it lengthens the product's shelf life.

In the culinary art, the stuffing is used to mingle flavours and to enhance the taste of certain dishes. Its use, widelly diffused, is nowadays also used in the Alimentation Industry, and foods containing all kinds of stuffings is produced in large scale.

Nevertheless, the stuffed food which is, in the culinary art, consumed almost immediatelly after its preparation, in the Alimentation Industry, though, it is produced to be consumed within relativelly large periods, presenting in case of that, a sensible loss of its original characteristics of flavour and consistence.

This fact is due mostly to the long time contact between the involved foods (stuff and stuffed) which causes the mixture of the flavours, not to mention the loss of its specific characteristics, such as taste and consistence. Fact that is commonly noticed in eatable pipes or wafers stuffed with creams, marmelades or pulps for example, where the stuffing transfer umidity to the external part (stuffed) causing it to get less crunchy and the stuffing to loose its creaminess, besides the loss of taste.

The use of this Package System for Stuffed Food solve this problem, enabling the production and market distribution of stuffeds that would have asserted for a longer time the original flavour and consistence's features, without loss of quality. It deals with a package system in which the stuffing is packed individually and inserted in the food's interior, jointly with a specially created device for its overture.

The stuffing's wrapping, sachet-style, is manufactured in a way that it contains in one of the longitudinal ends a special sealing, which allows an easy rupture; and a plain overhang at the opposite end for pulling it through a fissure in the special device, coupled at the stuffed's basis.

Specially used in stuffed eatable pipes, wafers, ice-cream cones, or others, with creamy stuffings, e. g,-because it preserves its creaminess and keeps the external part (stuffed) crunchy untill eating time-it can extend its utilization to all kinds of stuffed dishes, as such: fowls, meats, breads, fishes, cookies or others containing stuffings as: sweet or salty marmelades, cheeses, spices, ice creams, creams in general, or others.

The drawings which compound and follow this relatory, bring numerical references jointly with the detailed descriptions-although without restricting its configuration regarding to its proportions, material and finishing eventually chosen for its industrial production-illustrate and help the comprehension of its constructive details: Figure 1 is an illustrative view of the Package System in use. The example shows its use, at the time it's to be eaten, in a stuffed eatable pipe having sweet cream as stuffing; Figure 2 is a view of the above mentioned delicacy packed in the System, in the way it is commercialized. It shows a partial cut in the external wrapping for a better view and comprehension of the System; Figures 3 and 4 are, respectively, plane and perspective views of the special package, sachet-style, which wraps the stuffing; Figures 5,6 and 7 are, respectively, plane and perspective views of the device with its basis'fissure opened and closed-in reversed positions; Figures 8 and 9 are perspective views of the set: sachet-stylle wrapping and device, showing their coupling; Figures 10 and 11 are perspective views of the device separetely, and its coupling in the basis of the eatable pipe containing the stuffing's sachet.

According to these figures and numerical references, this Patent of Invention deals with a Package System for Stuffed Food which foresees, besides the conventional wrapping (1) common to this kind of industrialized food, a special wrapping (2) for packing the stuffing and a special device (3) proper for discharging the stuffing in the stuffed's interior.

The special sachet-style package (2), proper to pot the stuffing avoiding its contact with the stuffed, has in one of the longitudinal ends a special little resistant sealing (4), in order to rupture at the minimum effort; and at the opposite end a plain overhang (5) adequate to allow its extraction, with the fingers, through a transverse fissure (6) in the closed basis (7) of the stuffing's adder device (3).

In this device-a vessel, or not, with shape and dimensions proper to the type of the stuffed food-the referred transverse fissure (6) consists in a cut which starts next to one of the device's wall, if any, and splits it (3) in two halfs, cutting the opposite wall side where there is an interlock (8), in order to make effective its compostition. This device's transverse fissure (6) houses the border opposite to the sachet's special sealing (4), at its plain overhang's level (5), allowing its extraction when pulled through.

In practice, the sachet (2) containing the stuffing (9) is introduced in the stuffed's interior (10); the device (3) is coupled at the stuffed's basis, the sachet's overhang (5) is then inserted in the device's fissure (6), in the way above described, so that the device works as stuffed's support and stuffing's discharger. The food is then wrapped in the conventional package and commercialized, keeping unaltered the stuffed and stuffing's original characteristics.

At eating time, when openning the food's conventional package (1) the consumer has only to hold the device (3) and pull the sachet's overhang (5) so that the stuffing (9), with the exerted pressure, breaks the special sealing (4) and get released inside of the stuffed (10). With this action the sachet (2) is consequently stripped off, passing through the device's fissure (6), being with the device (3) then, discarded.

This Package System for Stuffeds, not to mention that it preserves the stuffing and stuffed's own characteristics regarding flavour and consistence, it lengthens the product's shelf life, once it keeps detached dishes of different consistencies (that would suffer alterations if mixed), making more fiasable its trade.

It consists then, informed about these characteristics, a Package System for Stuffed Food, suiting all the requested qualifications of originality and new technical effects to merit the privilege of Invention.
