Abstract:
A package-type compressor 1 comprises: a box-shaped package 10 having an intake opening 11a and an exhaust opening 15a; a compressor body 20 that compresses air, inside the package 10; a motor 25 that drives the compressor body 20, inside the package 10; an air-cooled heat exchanger 40 that cools, inside the package 10, the compressed air by heat exchanging between cooling air entering via the intake opening 11a and exiting via the exhaust opening 15a, and the compressed air that was compressed by the compressor body 20; a turbofan 42 that blows air towards the air-cooled heat exchanger 40, inside the package 10; and an intake duct member 50 that constitutes at least a portion of an intake flow path f1 for the cooling air, the intake flow path extending from the intake opening 11a towards the inside of the package 10. The intake opening 11a is provided along substantially the entire length of a side surface 11 of the package 10 in the height direction.
