Abstract:
In a loading method for a package unit (20), a packaged product wherein a thin display device (1) is packed in a thin packing box (3), is formed into a thin substantially rectangular shape corresponding to the thin display device, and is loaded on a individual packaging pallet (8) which is provided with a fork insertion opening in the long side surface of the pallet. The packaged product and the individual packaging pallet are fastened together with a band (5) to form a package body (21). A rectangular loading pallet (26) on which two package bodies are aligned in parallel is provided with fork insertion openings (29, 30) on the long side and short side of the loading pallet, respectively. With respect to the package unit (20) wherein two package bodies and the loading pallet are fastened together with a band (33), a fork of a forklift is inserted into the fork insertion opening (30) on the short side to carry the package unit, and loading is performed while arranging the package units close to each other so that the short side of the package body (21) is opposed against the interior back surface of the container. Thereby, the efficiency in loading the package units can be increased, and a number of units which can be loaded in the container space can be increased.
