Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a packaged beverage having excellent preservation stability of isoxanthohumol; and a method for improving the preservation stability of isoxanthohumol. The present invention relates to a packaged beverage containing 50-200 ppm (exclusive of 50) of isoxanthohumol and having a pH of 4.8-7.3.
