Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a packaged beverage in which unpleasant tastes derived from an olive extract are suppressed. This packaged beverage is produced by, with respect to the beverage, (i) adjusting the content of hydroxytyrosol to 0.8-6 mg/100ml, (ii) adding a tea extract such that the content of non-polymerized catechins is 1-100 mg/100ml, and (iii) adding an ascorbic acid such that the content thereof is 5-80 mg/100ml.
