Abstract:
Provided is a pasteurized packaged tea beverage which contains components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 0.030-0.090 mass% of non-polymerized catechins; (B) 0.010-0.10 mass% of ascorbic acid or a salt thereof; and (C) astragalin.
The mass ratio of component (A) and component (B) [(B)/(A)] is 0.20-5.0. The mass ratio of component (C) and component (A) [(C)/(A)] is 2.2×10-3 to 30×10-3. The pH of the beverage is 5-7.
