Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packaging and applicator device for applying a cosmetic or dermatological composition (P), the device comprising: • a container (2) containing the composition; and • an application surface (7) into which there opens out at least one dispenser orifice (16) for dispensing the composition, the application surface being defined, at least in part, by an applicator member (6) made of an inorganic material, the dispenser orifice (16) having a flow section for the composition that is less than or equal to 20 mm2, and that extends axially with such a section, along the composition flow direction, over a length that is less than or equal to 7 mm.
