Abstract:
A packaging bag grabbing mechanism, comprising a movable frame (1), wherein a lifting frame (6) is connected below the movable frame (1) by means of a scissor arm (2), a plurality of rows of C-shaped hooks the lower ends of which being able to open and close are provided below the lifting frame (6), and a plurality of limiting plate hook holes (9a) are provided on a limiting plate (9) below each C-shaped hook; hook tips of two front and rear adjacent rows of C-shaped hooks are opposite to and staggered from one another, and the hook tips of the front C-shaped hooks (7) face backwards and the same row is fixed to the same front C-shaped hook square tube (7a); both ends of each front C-shaped hook square tube (7a) are coaxially connected to a front C-shaped hook rotary shaft (7b) respectively, and both ends of each front C-shaped hook rotary shaft (7b) are supported on the lifting frame (6) by means of a front C-shaped hook bearing (7c), respectively; the hook tips of the rear C-shaped hooks (8) face forwards, the same row is fixed onto the same rear C-shaped hook square tube (8a); both ends of each rear C-shaped hook square tube (8a) are coaxially connected to a rear C-shaped hook rotary shaft (8b), and both ends of each rear C-shaped hook rotary shaft (8b) are supported on the lifting frame (6) by means of a rear C-shaped hook bearings (8c), respectively. The mechanism may adapt to different layers of packaging bags and can reliably grab the packaging bags, without affecting the bag breaking and unloading of an unloading station.
