Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packaging box prepared by using cardboard tube paper wherein cardboard tube paper is prepared by using a paper strip which is generally not used as packaging material, the packaging box is prepared by using the cardboard tube paper, and thus the packaging box is very strong in order to protect articles inside and the manufacturing cost is reduced. A transfer member, which is provided inside a core in such a way that at least some part of the transfer member is continuously exposed to the outer circumferential surface where a paper strip is wound to a core strip and the transfer member is thus moved in the length direction of the core, comes in contact with the inner surface of a strip of the lowermost layer wound to the outer circumferential surface of the core so as to continuously transfer a plurality of strips in the length direction of the core, and the cardboard tube paper is prepared by the continuous transfer of the plurality of strips in the length direction of the core. Accordingly, the cardboard tube paper of the present invention has a large thickness and excellent strength, is low in material cost and is lightweight. In addition, sufficient adhesive strength can be maintained due to a large thickness even if a hollow lateral side is directly attached to the lower portion of an upper plate. Particularly, since the packaging box prepared by using the cardboard tube paper, the present invention can be continuously produced by spirally wounding corrugated cardboard and it is possible to manufacture a packaging box having an excellent strength in a low cost.
