Abstract:
A packaging device requiring a reduced floor space for installation of the device, capable of being adjusted to a change in the size of a packaged body, and capable of reducing the region of width sealing.
A width sealing device (20) is provided with clamping width sealing members (21, 22) moving at the same speed as a double folded film and clamping the double folded film, and also with a cutter member (23). The double folded film is subjected to width sealing and cutting in a width sealing region to form an open-mouthed bag (F2). Conveyance devices (30, 60) are provided with pinch members (32, 62) provided to a pair of endless travel bodies (31, 61). The pinch members clamp and hold the open-mouthed bag (F2) at an edge thereof and travel at a speed higher than the travel speed of a double folded film forming device. A filling device (40) is configured in such a manner that a nozzle member (45) enters the inside of the opening edge of the double folded film at a position on the upstream side of the width seal device (20). In filling operation, the nozzle member (45) moves at the same speed as the endless travel body of the conveyance device and performs content filling operation. An upper edge seal device (50) moves at the same speed as the endless travel body of the conveyance device (30) and clamps the upper edge of the open-mouthed bag (F2).
