Description:
PACKAGING ELEMENT FOR AN OVEN

TECHNICAL AREA

The invention relates to a packaging element for an oven comprising inner slots on the tabs in the base plate and inner tabs on the slots in the support plates.

BACKGROUND OF THE ART

During the assembly line production of built-in ovens, products are moved over the bottom styrofoam packaging element. The products that have completed production on the assembly line are conveyed to the packaging station via conveyors. Side packaging styrofoam and top packaging styrofoam are attached to the products arriving at the packaging station. After the packaging styrofoam is attached to the product, the product moves forward to the shrink wrapping machine and is covered with shrink film wrapping. After the side and top packaging styrofoam are attached and the products proceed, the packaging styrofoam falls off due to vibration. In the literature, there is a need for a packaging element with connections that do not fall off due to possible vibrations after attachment.

DE29818877 relates to packaging for a household appliance. The invention includes tabs on the inside of the device that fit the device from the corners and openings where it is ensured that the bottom and top are cushioned from the corners. In the openings in the corners, there are pads made of propylene that reduce the effect of vibrations.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to develop a packaging element containing inner tabs and inner sockets that interlock with each other to prevent the side and top styrofoam plates from falling due to vibration as they advance in the packaging machine after being attached to the oven.

To achieve the stated objectives, the invention describes a packaging element for an oven, including a first tab and a second tab provided on each side wall of a base plate; multiple support plates with a first and second socket in their bottom walls corresponding to the first and second tabs, and capable of cushioning vertically to the tabs of the base plate from the sockets reciprocally; and a cover plate containing multiple linking arms allowing each support plate to be cushioned to a third socket and a fourth socket on its upper wall. The packaging element for an oven includes one or more inner slots opened within the first tab and provided in the form of a guide line; and one or more inner tabs provided on the first socket and capable of cushioning correspondingly to each inner slot. This ensures that the plates with opened inner tabs and inner sockets do not fall off the right and left walls of the installed oven while advancing on the production line.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the linking arms are adjusted to be cushioned vertically within the third and fourth socket in an aligned hook form. In this way, the cover plate does not come out during vibrations or jolts while advancing towards the shrinkage process in a packaging machine.

A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a first base slot provided in the space between a corner of the base plate and the first tab. This ensures the connection line against potential vibrations and jolts is provided by the first base slot created in the rear corners of the side walls within the base plate.

A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a second base slot provided at a predetermined width between the first tab and the second tab. This ensures the connection line against potential vibrations and jolts is provided by the second base slot created between the tabs of the side walls within the base plate.

A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a first support tab that is provided on the support plate and can be cushioned at a width corresponding to the first base slot. This allows the connection line provided with the first base slot to be interlocked by the first support tab of the support plate.

A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a second support tab that is provided on the support plate and can be cushioned at a width corresponding to the second base slot. This allows the connection line provided with the second base slot to be interlocked by the second support tab of the support plate.

A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a first column and a second column that are reciprocal and horizontally aligned on the support plate. This ensures the support plates have predetermined lateral frame structures.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is configured to include a square and rectangular opening provided at a predetermined width between the first column and the second column of the support plate. This ensures that in the event of potential damage to the support plates provided in the lateral frame structures, the support plates can be removed and replaced through the openings. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the base plate, the support plates, and the cover plate are made of styrofoam material. This allows the packaging element to be manufactured at suitable costs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

This detailed description explains the subject matter of the invention without any restriction and is presented with references to examples only for better understanding.

Figure 1 schematically shows the subject matter of the invention, a packaging element for an oven. The packaging element (11 ) depicted in Figure 1 is composed of a base plate (12) that can be cushioned by fitting it into an oven (10), preferably a built-in oven, multiple support plates (28), preferably two support plates, positioned reciprocally, and a cover plate (54) that can be linked to the support plates (28). Here, the base plate (12), support plates (28), and cover plate (54) are made of styrofoam material.

Figure 2 schematically shows assembly connections related to the packaging element for an oven subject to the invention. Figure 3 shows the assembly detail related to the base plate and support plates in the packaging element. Figure 4 shows the assembly detail related to the cover plate and support plates in the packaging element. Figure 5 schematically shows the linking arm on the cover plate. In Figure 6, the linking arm on the cover plate is schematically shown on the packaging element.

In Figure 2, on each side wall (14) of the base plate (12), there is a first tab (18) and a second tab (20) provided in a protruding form. Multiple support plates (28) can be cushioned vertically (y) to correspond to the first and second tabs (18) (20). For this vertical (y) cushioning, each support plate (28) has a first socket (32) and a second socket (34) in its bottom wall (30). The reciprocally positioned support plates (28) can be vertically (y) cushioned by the tabs (18) (20) of the base plate (12) passing through the sockets (32) (34). Each support plate (28) also has a third socket (44) and a fourth socket (46) on its top wall (42). The cover plate (54) contains multiple linking arms (56) that can be cushioned to correspond to the third socket (44) and the fourth socket (46).

The linking arms (56) shown in Figures 5 and 6 are located on the opposite walls of the cover plate (54). Here, the linking arms (56) are hook-like and can be cushioned vertically (y) within the third and fourth socket (44) (46) in an aligned manner as shown in Figure 4. That is, the support elements (28) are vertically (y) connected to the base plate (12), and the cover plate (54) is also vertically (y) connected to the support plate (28).

There is a first base socket (24) in the space between a corner (16) of the base plate (12) and the first tab (18). There is a first support tab (38) provided on the bottom wall (30) of the support plate (28). The first support tab (38) is of a width that can be cushioned vertically (y) into the first base socket (24). Between the first tab (18) and the second tab (20), there is a second base socket (26) of a predetermined width. There is also a second support tab (40) on the support plate (28), which is of a width that can be cushioned vertically (y) into the second base socket (26).

On the support plate (28), there is a first column (48) and a second column (50) which are positioned reciprocally and horizontally (x) aligned. Between the first and second column (48) (50) of the support plate (28), there is a square and rectangular opening (52) of a predetermined width.

In the embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 3, there is one or more inner socket (22), preferably three inner sockets, opened in the form of a guide line inside each first tab (18) on each side wall (14) of the base plate (12). Each inner socket (22) is fitted with one or more inner tabs (36), preferably three inner tabs (36), provided on the first socket (32). This prevents the styrofoam support plates (side plates) (28) from falling due to vibration while moving in a packaging machine after being fitted into the oven (10). Here, the fitting and fixation of the inner tabs and inner sockets (36) (22) are similar to a key-lock structure. Also, due to the hook-like linking arms (56) of the cover plate (54) being able to be fixed vertically (y) into the third and fourth socket (44) (46) on the top walls (42) of the support plates (28), the support plates (28) and the cover plate (54) do not fall due to vibrations. All connection elements (12) (28) (54) of the packaging element (11 ) for the oven subject to the invention are produced according to the dimensions of the predetermined built-in oven (10).
