CLAIMS An automatic packaging machine (1) that provides packing and packaging of polymer - based products, with both horizontal and vertical bonding operations without human factor; the said packaging machine comprises: the product transport station (10) that enables the products to be stacked on a vertical axis, the product transport mechanism (100) that carries and transports the products in the product transport station (10), the transfer table (200) that transfers the products taken from the said product transport mechanism (100), vertical bonding station (800) with vertical bonding claw (820) that enables the packaging of products to be bonded on a vertical axis and provides heat sealing of the packaging, packaging feeding station (900) that feeds the packaging in which the products are placed, characterized by comprising;

• a product receiver (15) that performs holding and releasing of the product with the compressed air provided by the said product transport mechanism (100), product holder tabs (16) located in the said product receiver (15) that provide to transporting the product to the said transfer table (200)

• a product holding - guiding mechanism (300) that takes the products coming from the said transfer table (200) vertically and transmits them horizontally by rotation,

• a product stacking station (500) where products from the mentioned product holding - guiding mechanism (300) are stacked for packaging,

• a product pushing station (600) that pushes the products coming from the said product stacking station (500) into the packaging in the said vertical bonding station (800) and that comprises a product pushing element (620) to perform this pushing action,

• a horizontal bonding claw (720) consisting of lower claw (721) and upper claw (722), which is positioned opposite each other and mirrored on the y axis, which ensures that the packaging of the products coming from the said vertical bonding station (800) is bonded and cut on the horizontal axis and the packaging is heat - sealed and cut with a blade, • a horizontal bonding station (700) comprises a horizontal claw drive element (760) that drives the said upper claw (722) for bonding operation on the y - axis,

• a station manual control device (2) that allows stations to be manually controlled independently of each other. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a product transfer element (220) that transfers the products received from the product transport mechanism (100) to the said product holding - guiding mechanism (300). The packaging machine (1) according to claim 2, characterized by comprising there are multiple structures extending vertically on the said product transfer element (220) and that it comprises a product stacking support element (230) where products taken from said product transport mechanism (100) are stacked and they are prevented from tipping over. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a product holding connection element (340) that enables the product holding - guiding mechanism (300) to be brought to the desired point by moving it. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a product holding device (400) that enables compression of products according to different product sizes. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a product holding - product stacking body (560) where the products coming from the guiding mechanism (300) are stacked and there are compartments on it for stacking the products. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the said product pushing element (620) is a piston - cylinder mechanism. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising an upper claw motion transponder (750) that transfers the movement it receives from the said horizontal claw drive element (760) to the upper claw (722) and enables the upper claw (722) to move up and down in a certain stroke on the y - axis with this transfer. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a vertical claw adjustment mechanism (870) that adjusts the position of the said vertical bonding claw (820) on the y - axis. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that the mentioned vertical claw adjustment mechanism (870) is a motor - chain gear. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a vertical claw pressure element (880) that increases the bonding pressure of the mentioned vertical bonding claw (820). The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a packaging feeding carriage (910) that enables the said packaging feeding station (900) to move completely. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a packaging carriage guiding element (920) that guides the movement of the said packaging feeding carriage (910). The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1 , that the product transport station (10) characterized by comprising; lower plate (11) supporting product receivers (15) from the bottom, upper plate (12) supporting product receivers (15) from the top, upper connection plates (13) and connection element (14) that connect the product transport station (10) and the product transport mechanism (100) to each other, product pressure element (17) that applies pressure to products connected to product receivers (15), air supply connection element (18) that provides air supply to the product receivers (15), and coupling element (19) that couples the lower plate (11) and the upper plate (12) to each other. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising the product transport mechanism (100): product transport horizontal body (110), which enables the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the x - axis, transport guiding element (120) positioned on the product transport horizontal body (110) that provides guidance for the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the x - axis product receiver drive element (130) located on the transport vertical connection element (150) that provides compressed air supply for the product receivers (15) product station connection element (140) that connects the product transport station (10) and the product transport mechanism (100), transport vertical connection element (150) that moves on the product transport horizontal body (110) on the x - axis and on the transport vertical body (190) on the y - axis and provides the transfer of the products in the product transport station (10) to the transfer table (200) with this movement, transport vertical drive element (160) that provides drive for the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the y - axis, transport vertical motion transponder (161) that transfers the movement of the transport vertical drive element (160) on the vertical axis to the transport vertical connection element (150) transport horizontal drive element (170) that provides drive for the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the x - axis, transport horizontal motion transponder (171) that transfers the movement of the transport horizontal drive element (160) on the horizontal axis to the transport vertical connection element (150), transport cable duct (172), product transport rotation element (180) that provides the rotational movement of the product transport station (10), and transport vertical body (190) that enables the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the y - axis.

The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising the said transfer table (200): a transfer body (210), one end of which is connected to the product transport mechanism (100), the other end to the product holding - guiding mechanism (300) and which supports all the components of the transfer table (200), product transfer drive element (240) that provides the necessary power to transfer the products received from the product transport mechanism (100) to the product holding - guiding mechanism (300), product transfer guiding element (250) positioned side by side at a certain distance on the transfer body (210) that provides guidance for the movement of the product transfer element (220). The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising the said product holding - guiding mechanism (300): product holding horizontal body (310) that enables the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the x - axis, holding guiding element (320) positioned on the product holding horizontal body (310) that provides guidance for the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the x - axis, product holder drive element (330), which is positioned on the holding vertical connection element (350) and provides compressed air supply for the product holder tabs (16), holding vertical connection element (350), which moves on the product holding horizontal body (310) on the x - axis and on the holding vertical body (390) on the y - axis, and enables the transfer of the products on the transfer table (200) to the product stacking station (500) with this movement, holding vertical drive element (360) that provides drive for the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the y - axis, holding vertical motion transponder (361) that transfers the vertical axis movement of the holding vertical drive element (360) to the holding vertical connection element (350), holding horizontal drive element (370) that provides drive for the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the x - axis, holding horizontal motion transponder (371) that transfers the horizontal axis movement of the holding horizontal drive element (360) to the holding vertical connection element (350), holding cable duct (372), product holding rotation element (380) that provides rotation motion to product holding - guiding mechanism (300), and holding vertical body (390) that enables the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the y - axis. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 5, characterized by comprising the said product holding device (400): product holding body (410) that supports the components of the product holding device (400) pressure adjustment element (420) that allows the different products in the pressure bearing element (460) to be adjusted according to their sizes, the pressure element (430) that ensures the compression of the products in the pressure bearing element (460), bearing element (440) that provides bearing for the pressure adjustment element (420) and for the pressure element (430), pressure drive element (450), which provides the power required for the compression of the products, and pressure bearing element (460) which provides bearing for the compression of the products. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 6, characterized by comprising the said product stacking station (500): carriage support body (510) that supports product stacking station (500) components, transfer guiding element (520) positioned on the carriage support body (510) that provides guidance for the movement of the transfer carriage (530), transfer carriage (530) that transports the products on the product stacking body (560) to the product pushing station (600), carriage drive element (540), which drives the transfer carriage (530), the carriage motion transponder (550) that transfers the power generated by the carriage drive element (540) to the transfer carriage (530). The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the said product pushing station (600): product pushing body (610), which carries the components of the product pushing station (600), packaging shaping element (630), which enables the packaging to be adjusted according to the diameter of the product and, packaging changing element (640) which drives the packaging shaping element (630). The packaging machine (1) according to claim 8, characterized by comprising the said horizontal bonding station (700): horizontal fixing table (710) that supports horizontal bonding station (700), horizontal claw fixing element (730) that couples the lower claw (721) and upper claw (722) to each other, blade drive element (740) that drives the lower claw (720) for bonding and cutting operation on the y - axis. The packaging machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising the said vertical bonding station (800): vertical bonding fixing table (810), on which the components of the vertical bonding station (800) are fixed, vertical claw drive element (830) that drives vertical bonding claw (820) on the y - axis packaging transfer drive element (840), which drives the packaging transfer element (850), packaging transfer element (850), which allows packaging to be pulled to the horizontal bonding station (700), packaging transfer fixing element (860), which secures the packaging transfer element (850) and the packaging transfer drive element (840), packaging transfer pressure element (890), which allows the packaging transfer element (850) to open and close.

Description:
PACKAGING MACHINE FOR PACKAGING POLYMER BASED PRODUCTS

Technical Field

The invention relates to a packaging machine used in the packaging of polymer products such as PP, PVC, Pet, Ps.

Prior Art

Some physical, chemical and microbiological changes occur in the storage process of foods. Packaging is the most important tool in ensuring product safety and preventing spoilage reactions during the time from the transportation and storage process of the food product until it reaches the consumer. The most important feature expected from the packaging is that it preserves the product in the healthiest way and at an acceptable quality throughout its shelf life.

In the present technique, products are packaged by hand feeding (manually) and this causes the following problems:

• As transportation process is done manually, it cannot be done in multiple amounts (100 units),

• Problems such as overturning and falling of the products occur during transportation process,

• Significant amount of wastage is generated in the products,

• More people are required to work at the machine and therefore labor costs increase.

There are some applications in the national and foreign patent literature about packaging machines.

The packaging machines in the application with the code TR 202101513 in the national patent literature consist of many different units and parts. In order to increase production in continuous packaging machines, synchronous operation of vertical bonding, horizontal sealing, and package filming and filling is performed with servo motors. The invention provides synchronous operation without using a servo motor in vertical bonding. Packaging consists of a continuous flat flexible packaging film. The packaging film is guided over a forming tube (collar - tube). The outer edges of the packaging film overlap around the forming tube. The heater and bearing fixing apparatus in the vertical bonding unit provide the heat determined in the thermostat by means of heaters. The heater and bearing fixing apparatus and the air it contains are heated. The bearing shafts connected to this apparatus overheat. The overheated bearing shafts heat the rotating thermal bearings. The thermal bearing group, which consists of overheated thermal bearings, includes a method for the formation of back bonding by connecting them to each other with the pressure and temperature applied to the packaging film.

The application with the code TR 2021020503 in the national patent literature is an innovation on the vertical packaging machine, and its wherein relates to a machine in which the operation of placing the food products in packages and performing the packaging and the whole working system is carried out with the use of servo motors.

Application with the code CN 213735920 II in the Chinese patent literature, belongs to the technical field of automatic packaging of high molecular products and relates to an automatic packaging device for high molecular products, comprising a fixed lower fixation frame and an upper fixation frame, a conveying line positioned above the lower fixation frame and passing through the upper fixation frame, positioned in the conveying line a limiting rod and a discharge limiting rod and a discharge limiting rod passing through the lower fixation frame.

Application with the code CN 106742161 A in the Chinese patent literature is about a packaging machine for wrapping an organic polymer film on the surface of a battery box, consisting of a shelf, a mechanical arm, a positioning plate, a transverse cutting device that can cut a thin film in a horizontal opening state, and a vertical cutting device that can cut a thin film in a vertical open state.

Therefore, the existence of the above drawbacks and in the absence of a present solution made it necessary to make an improvement in the related technical field.

Purpose of the Invention

The purpose of the invention is to solve the problems mentioned above, eliminate all the disadvantages and bring new advantages to the structure. The main purpose of the invention is to package the products with higher efficiency and capacity by automating the packaging unit and eliminating the human factor.

One of the benefits obtained with the invention is that the products are transferred to the packaging stage with robot arms, thus reducing the number of operators and eliminating operator - related problems.

Another benefit obtained with the invention is that the production speed is increased as the robot arms have the capacity to carry products in greater numbers (in units of 100).

Another benefit obtained by the invention is that productivity increases by up to 25% as waste from products due to operator errors is reduced.

To achieve the purposes listed above; a product transport station that enables the packing and packaging of polymer - based products, a product transport station that provides stacking of products on a vertical axis, a product transport mechanism that transports products in the transport station, a transfer table that transfers products received from the product transport mechanism, vertical bonding station that provides bonding of the packaging of the products on the vertical axis, packaging material feeding station that provides feeding of the packaging material in which the products are placed; the said fully automatic packaging machine provides for both horizontal and vertical bonding operations and packaging of the products without the human factor, characterized by comprising;

• a product receiver, that carries out the product holding and releasing operation with the compressed air provided by the product transport mechanism, the product holding tabs inside the product receiver that enables the product to be transported to the transfer table,

• a product holding - guiding mechanism that takes the products coming from the transfer table vertically and transfers them horizontally by rotating them,

• a product transfer element that transfers the products received from the product transport mechanism to the product holding mechanism,

• a product stacking station where the products coming from the product holding mechanism are stacked for packaging, • a product pushing station that pushes the products coming from the product stacking station into the packages in the vertical bonding station,

• a horizontal bonding station that enables the packaging of products coming from the vertical bonding station to be bonded and cut on the horizontal axis.

The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all its advantages will be understood more clearly by means of the figures provided below and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into account.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The packaging machine (1) is a fully automatic machine that provides for packaging of polymer - based products and enables them to be packaged with horizontal and vertical bonding operations without the human factor; in its most general form, it consists of product transport station (10), product transport mechanism (100), transfer table (200) , product holding - guiding mechanism (300), product holding device (400), product stacking station (500), product pushing station (600), horizontal bonding station (700), vertical bonding station (800), Packaging feeding station (900) and the station manual control device (2). The station manual control device (2) is the structure that allows the stations to be manually controlled independently of each other and to make adjustments according to the product to be worked on.

The product transport station (10) is the structure that enables the products to be stacked on a vertical axis and it consists of the lower plate (11), upper plate (12), upper connection plate (13), connection element (14), product receiver (15), product holder tab (16), product pressure element (17), air supply connection element (18) and coupling element (19).

The lower plate (11) is the structure that supports the product receivers (15) from the bottom.

The upper plate (12) is the structure that supports the product receptors (15) from the top.

The upper connection plate (13) is the structure that connects the product transport station (10) and the product transport mechanism (100) to each other. This connection is provided by the connection element (14).

Product receivers (15) are structures that are positioned vertically between the lower plate (11) and the upper plate (12) with a certain distance between them, and at different angles according to the shape and type of the product. The product receiver (15) performs the product holding and releasing process with the compressed air provided by the product transport mechanism (100). By means of the product holder tabs (16) in the product receiver (15), it is ensured that the product held is transferred to the transfer table (200).

The product pressure element (17) is the structure that applies pressure to the products connected to the product receivers (15) and leaves them on the transfer table (200).

The air supply connection element (18) is the structure that provides air supply to the product receivers (15).

The coupling element (19) is the structure that couples the lower plate (11 ) and the upper plate (12) to each other.

The product transport mechanism (100) is the mechanism that carries the products from the product transport station (10) to the transfer table (200), and in its most general form, it consists of the product transport horizontal body (110), transport guiding element (120), product receiver drive element (130, product station connection element (140), transport vertical connection element (150), transport vertical drive element (160), transport horizontal drive element (170), product transport rotation element (180) and transport vertical body (190).

The product transport horizontal body (110) is the structure that provides the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the x - axis.

Transport guiding element (120) is the structure positioned on the product transport horizontal body (110) and guides the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the x - axis.

The product receiver drive element (130) is the structure that is located on the transport vertical connection element (150) and provides compressed air supply for the product receivers (15).

The product station connection element (140) is the structure that provides the connection of the product transport station (10) and the product transport mechanism (100).

The transport vertical connection element (150) is the structure that moves on the product transport horizontal body (110) on the x - axis and the transport vertical body (190) on the y - axis, and with this movement, the products in the product transport station (10) are transported to the transfer table (200).

The transport vertical drive element (160) is the structure that provides the drive for the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the y - axis and is characterized as being a servo motor. Transport vertical motion transponder (161) transfers the movement of the transport vertical drive element (160) in the vertical axis to the transport vertical connection element (150).

The transport horizontal drive element (170) is the structure that provides the drive for the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the x - axis and is characterized as being a servo motor. Transport horizontal motion transponder (171) transfers the movement of the transport horizontal drive element (160) in the horizontal axis to the transport vertical connection element (150). The product transport rotation element (180) is the structure that gives the rotational movement of the product transport station (10) and is characterized as being a servo motor.

Transport vertical body (190) is the structure that enables the movement of the transport vertical connection element (150) on the y - axis.

Transfer table (200) is the structure that transfers the products taken from the product transport mechanism (100) to the product holding - guiding mechanism (300) and it consists of the transfer body (210), product transfer element (220), product stacking support element (230), product transfer drive consists of element (240) and product transfer guiding element (250).

The transfer body (210) is the main support structure that is connected at one end to the product transport mechanism (100) and the product holding - guiding mechanism (300) and supports all the components of the transfer table (200).

The product transfer element (220) is the structure that transfers the products received from the product transport mechanism (100) to the product holding - guiding mechanism (300).

The product stacking support element (230) is the structure that extends vertically on the product transfer element (220) and is the structure in which the products taken from the product transport mechanism (100) are stacked and are prevented from tipping over.

The product transfer drive element (240) is the structure that provides the necessary power to transfer the products received from the product transport mechanism (100) to the product holding - guiding mechanism (300).

The product transfer guiding element (250) is the structure that is positioned side by side at a certain distance on the transfer body (210) and guides the movement of the product transfer element (220).

Product holding - guiding mechanism (300), is the structure that takes the products coming from the transfer table (200) vertically and transfers them horizontally to the product stacking station (500) by rotating them and it consists of the product holding horizontal body (310), holding guiding element (320), product holder drive element (330), product holding connection element (340), holding vertical connection element (350), holding vertical drive element (360), holding horizontal drive element (370), product holding rotation element (380) and holding vertical body (390).

The product holding horizontal body (310) is the structure that provides the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the x - axis.

The holding guiding element (320) is the structure positioned on the product holding horizontal body (310) and guides the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the x - axis.

The product holder drive element (330) is the structure that is positioned on the holding vertical connection element (350) and provides compressed air supply for the product holder tabs (16).

The product holding connection element (340) is the structure that enables the product holding - guiding mechanism (300) to be brought to the desired point by moving it.

Holding vertical connection element (350) is the structure that moves on the product holding horizontal body (310) on the x - axis and on the holding vertical body (390) on the y - axis and enables the transfer of the products on the transfer table (200) to the product stacking station (500) with this movement.

The holding vertical drive element (360) is the structure that gives the drive for the movement of the holding vertical connection element (350) on the y - axis and is characterized as being a servo motor.
