Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of packaging materials for sanitary products, and particularly discloses packaging paper for sanitary products and a production process therefor. The packaging paper for sanitary products successively comprises, from one side close to the contents, a release layer, a heat-seal layer, a paper base material and a heat-seal layer, wherein the release layer comprises 78-94% of an aqueous acrylic emulsion, 5-20% of an acrylic-grafted branched polyethylene wax, 0.3-0.8% of a leveling agent, 0.3-0.6% of an emulsifier, and 0.4-0.6% of a defoaming agent. A preparation method for the acrylic-grafted branched polyethylene wax comprises: adding a branched polyethylene wax into an organic solvent to obtain a branched polyethylene wax solution; adding an acrylic monomer and an initiator into an organic solvent to obtain an acrylic solution; and adding the acrylic solution in a dropwise manner into the branched polyethylene wax solution to react same, adding ethanol into the reaction product, stirring the resulting mixture, and then filtering, drying and purifying same to obtain the acrylic-grafted branched polyethylene wax. The packaging paper of the present application is used for packaging sanitary products, can realize a heat sealing function, and is moisture-proof and dustproof.
