Abstract:
Disclosed are a packaging pouch for heat-cooked foods, and an apparatus and method for manufacturing the same. The packaging pouch is configured such that two sheets of internal and external film, in which a thermally adhesive sealant layer is stacked on the internal surface of each thereof, are overlapped in such a manner that the sealant layers are opposite to each other, one side part thereof is open as a to-be-sealed portion, and the other side parts thereof are heat-sealed, wherein the packaging pouch has: a space formed between the folded surface of one upper side of the external film and the folded surface of the other side of the external film, which is folded in a Z-shape; a band paper inserted into the space; and a heat-sealing surface in which the sealant layers of the overlapping surfaces, in which the folded surfaces overlap based on the inserted band paper, are thermally bonded, and wherein the packaging pouch comprises a vapor discharge wing part which protrudes in a wing-like shape from the external film across the transverse width of the pouch, the vapor discharge wing part having a vapor outlet which is formed by horizontally punching through the vapor discharge wing part.
