Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a shielding and packaging structure and an electronic device; the shielding and packaging structure comprises a substrate, at least two stacked first grounding layers being disposed within the substrate, and a surface of the substrate being provided with a second grounding layer; grounding pads arranged along the edge of the substrate are provided on the second grounding layer; in addition, grounding holes that electrically connect the described adjacent grounding layers are disposed within the substrate, the grounding holes being arranged in a circle around the substrate body, and the distance between adjacent grounding holes being smaller than a set distance, thus the grounding holes can form a good Faraday cage; the other surface of the substrate is provided with a device, and a packaging layer for packaging the device is further provided on the device; in addition, further provided is a shielding layer that coats the packaging layer, the shielding layer extending to the substrate and being electrically connected to the first grounding layers. In the described solution, grounding resistance is reduced by means of the provided grounding holes, and the electromagnetic shielding effect of the shielding layer is improved; and the shielding effect is improved by means of the provided second grounding layer and grounding pads that prevent electromagnetic interference at the bottom of the substrate.
