Abstract:
A packaging structure of a flexible sensing strip (4) for monitoring a large deformation of a deep-seated landslide and a monitoring method therefor. Electronic components (1-2) are all welded onto a front surface of a PCB circuit board (1-1); a plurality of measuring unit modules (1) are arranged at intervals in the extension direction of windowing cables (2), the windowing cables (2) being electrically connected in sequence to the reverse side of the PCB circuit board (1-1) of the plurality of measuring unit modules (1) to form a measuring unit cluster; the measuring unit cluster is arranged in parallel with a reinforced steel wire rope (4-2) and is packaged and molded by passing through a silicone extrusion machining process to form a silicone packaging layer (4-1); the measuring unit cluster and the reinforced steel wire rope (4-2) are packaged in the silicone packaging layer (4-1) to form a flexible sensing strip (4); and the flexible sensing strip (4) can be wound into a sensing strip reel. The packaging structure of the flexible sensing strip (4) for monitoring a large deformation of a deep-seated landslide can strengthen the integrity of connection between the measuring unit modules (1) and improve connection strength, thereby improving the reliability of a flexible inclinometer. The flexible sensing strip (4) can be wound into a sensing strip reel, which is convenient to carry and transport, can produce coupling deformation along with a landslide body (5-3), and can meet the requirements of large deformation monitoring.
