Abstract:
A packer allowing piling to be performed first comprises a tapered rubber cylinder (5) located between a steel pipe pile (1) and a jacket supporting leg (2). Strips (3) are uniformly disposed on the top of the tapered rubber cylinder (5), and a grouting opening (6) is formed between adjacent strips (3). A cement slurry accommodating cavity (7) is formed between the tapered rubber cylinder (5) and the jacket supporting leg (2), and the cement slurry accommodating cavity (7) communicates with the grouting opening (6). A skeleton (8) is disposed in each strip (3), and the skeleton (8) extends to the bottom of the tapered rubber cylinder (5). The tops of the strips (3) and the bottom of the tapered rubber cylinder (5) are respectively and fixedly connected to the jacket supporting leg (2) by means of fixing mechanisms (9).
