Abstract:
Disclosed are a packet sending method, a node, and a system. A controller obtains a forwarding delay requirement of service flow and the destination address of the service flow, determines a forwarding path that satisfies the forwarding delay requirement, and determines a first cycle time number of forwarding a packet by an ingress node of the forwarding path and a second cycle time number of forwarding the packet by an intermediate node of the forwarding path; the controller sends a first table entry to the ingress node, the first table entry comprising the serial number of the packet and the first cycle time number, and the first table entry being used for instructing the ingress node to send the packet within the time corresponding to the first cycle time number; and sends a second table entry to the intermediate node, the second table entry comprises the serial number of the packet and the second cycle time number, and the second table entry being used for instructing the intermediate node to send the packet within the time corresponding to the second cycle time number. By means of the solution, the ingress node and the intermediate node of the forwarding path forward the packet within corresponding cycle time, so that the delay guarantee determined by packet forwarding can be implemented.
