Title:
PACKING BOX HAVING OVERLAPPING SUPPORT STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/197161
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packing box having an overlapping support structure, which is configured to have an overlapping support structure for central portions of a top surface part and a bottom surface part so that, when packing boxes are stacked, bearing power for stacking load is improved, thus preventing the deterioration of durability. In a packing box having an overlapping support structure of the present invention which is configured in the form of a hexahedral box comprising a bottom surface part, a front surface part, a rear surface part, a left side surface part, a right side surface part, and a top surface part, at least one of the bottom surface part and the top surface part comprises: a first inner cover part extending from the upper end and lower end of the front surface part and bent; a second inner cover part extending from the upper end and lower end of the rear surface part and bent, the second inner part being provided to face the first inner cover part when folded; a first outer cover part extending from the upper end and lower end of the left side surface part and bent to overlap the upper surfaces of one sides of the first inner cover part and the second inner cover part; and a second outer cover part extending from the upper end and lower end of the right side surface part and bent to overlap the upper surfaces of the other sides of the first inner cover part and the second inner cover part, the second outer cover part having an outer end portion provided on the first outer cover part so as to overlap the first outer cover part. As such, according to the present invention, as the packing box is configured to have an overlapping support structure for the central portions of the top surface part and the bottom surface part that are vulnerable to load, bearing power for stacking load, which occurs when packing boxes are stacked, is enhanced so that the deterioration of durability is prevented, thereby effectively preventing damage to packing boxes and damage to packaged goods when stored and transferred.
