Abstract:
According to the present invention, damage, to be caused by a load, to a packing device and a packed object is suppressed, and an outer box and the packed object are stably protected. An outer box 1 for the packing device is provided with lateral surface sections 2, upper flaps 3, lower flaps 4, a protruding part 5, immobilizing parts 6, internal cushions 10, and the like. The protruding part 5 is formed by folding a part of an upper flap 3'. The immobilizing parts 6 immobilize the protruding part 5 so as to protrude from the upper flap 3'. When an object 100 to be packed is stored inside the outer box 1, the protruding part 5 is disposed between the upper flap 3' and the object 100 to be packed so as to disperse a load to be applied to the outer box 1.
