Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of disposing a motor unit for electronic power steering at a position so as to maintain cooling ability while not being affected by muddy water kicked up from a paddy. This paddy work machine (1) comprises: an engine (4); a transmission (5), situated behind the engine (4), for transmitting power from the engine (4) via a transmission belt (63); electronic power steering (40) situated above the transmission (5); a cooling fan (61) situated on a left or right output shaft of the engine (4); and a bonnet (16) covering the engine (4), the power steering (40), and the cooling fan (61). A motor unit (42) constituting an electrical component of the power steering (40) is situated in a vertically central position with respect to the cooling fan (61).
