Abstract:
A padlock, comprising a lock body (5) and a shackle (2). The left and right sides of the front part of the lock body (5) are respectively provided with a lock hole (53) and a shackle hole (52); a shackle spring (21) and one end of the shackle (2) are placed in the shackle hole (52); the shackle (2) is provided with shackle catch slots (20) close to the lock body (5); a cipher block groove (50) is provided at the middle of the lock body (5); a cipher block (1) is provided in the cipher block groove (50); a slider is provided in the cipher block (1) and several pin tumbler pairs are distributed in the cipher block, and the front end of the cipher block is provided with a lock pin (11); when an insertion sheet (4) is inserted into a sheet slot of the cipher block and sheet holes of the insertion sheet matches all the pin tumbler pairs in the slider, the insertion sheet (4) can push the slider forward to drive the lock pin (11); the lock pin (11) on the cipher block groove (50) side in the lock body (5) corresponding to the cipher block (1) is laterally provided with a lock pin opening (502) and a lock pin slot (501); a spline groove (51) is further provided directly in front of the cipher block groove (50); the left and right sides of the spline groove (51) are respectively provided with spline openings that connect the lock hole (53) and the shackle hole (52); splines (3) are placed on the left and right sides of the spline groove (51), and a support plate (31) is horizontally provided at the middle of the spline groove; the middle of the spline groove (51) is provided with a support plate spring hole and a support plate spring (32) is placed therein; the support plate (31) presses the splines (3) tightly under the action of the support plate spring (32), so that the tail parts of the splines (3) pass through the spline groove openings to be located in the cipher block groove (50). The lock has substantial characteristics of strong security, convenience in carrying the key, and easy lock replacement.
