Abstract:
A design information database (131) stores the dimension information, shape information, and painting method information of each of a plurality of components in correlation with a drawing number. An area calculation formula database (133) stores area calculation formula information indicating an area calculation formula in correlation with the shape information. A paint amount calculation coefficient database (132) stores a paint amount calculation coefficient in correlation with the painting method information. A paint amount calculation unit (116) acquires the dimension information, shape information, and painting method information that correspond to the drawing number of each component, acquires the area calculation formula information that corresponds to the shape information, and calculates the area of a painting portion using the dimension information and the area calculation formula information. The paint amount calculation unit (116) also acquires paint amount calculation coefficient information that corresponds to the painting method information, and calculates a paint amount needed for painting of the painting portion using the area of the painting portion and the paint amount calculation coefficient indicated by the paint amount calculation coefficient information.
