This paint blending data provision device comprises: a blending data storage unit that stores paint blending data in association with colorimetric data representing a measurement by an optical sensor of a paint color obtained by applying a coating of paint blended according to the blending data; a target color colorimetric data acquisition unit that acquires target color colorimetric data representing a measurement by the optical sensor of a target color; a blending data retrieval unit that retrieves the stored blending data, on the basis of the acquired target color colorimetric data; a candidate color output unit that outputs a candidate color on the basis of the retrieved blending data; a candidate color colorimetric data acquisition unit that acquires candidate colorimetric data representing a measurement by the optical sensor of a paint color obtained by applying a coating of paint of the candidate color blended according to the output blending data; a blending data correction unit that corrects the output blending data on the basis of the difference between the acquired candidate color colorimetric data and the target color colorimetric data; and a corrected color output unit that outputs the corrected blending data.
