Abstract:
Provided is a paint-coating system (1) comprising a discharging head (22) having a slit-shaped discharge outlet (23). The paint-coating system has a paint-receiving device (3A) which has an entrance-side paint-receiving plate (31A) adjacent to the substrate plate (4) at the side of entrance of the discharging head (22), serving to receive the paint discharged before the discharging head (22) reaches the region above the substrate (4). Further the paint-coating system has a second paint-receiving device (3B) which has a withdrawing-side paint-receiving plate (31B) adjacent to the substrate plate (4) at the side of withdrawal of the discharging head (22). This constitution can prevent occurrence of nonuniform thickness of the coating layer at the start of the painting.
