Abstract:
A paint container capable of eliminating malfunctions caused by the paint which is collected in a groove formed along an opening in a container main body when a lid is closed. A paint container comprising a lid receiving section (102) provided along an opening (101) in a container main body (100), and an annular groove (103) provided in the lid receiving section (102) to extend along the opening (101), wherein a recess (104) for discharging outside the paint which has flowed into the groove (103) is provided in the outer wall (106) of the groove (103). Thereby, the paint which has flowed into the groove (103) to collect therein when a projection (201) on a lid (200) is fitted in the groove (103) can be discharged outside.
