Abstract:
A painting device (10) is provided with: a bell-shaped cup (12) for discharging paint; a housing (14) for holding the cup (12) so as to be freely rotatable; and first tip openings (42a) disposed on the outside in the radial direction on the base end side of the tip side outer peripheral edge (38) of the cup (12) and throwing paint onto a workpiece by spraying shaping air in the direction of the tip. When a tangent line (T) that is tangent to the tip side outer peripheral edge (38) of the cup (12) from a first tip opening (42a) is drawn in a front view of the painting device (10), the first tip opening (42a) sprays shaping air at an inclination more to the inside in the radial direction of the cup (12) than the tangent line (T).
