Abstract:
In the present invention, an airflow (ra) flowing from a robot placement area (5) to a painting area (2) is formed by pressure higher in the robot placement area (5) than in the adjacent painting area (2). Thus, adherence of paint on a painting robot (6) and painting area walls is prevented in painting equipment (1) that paints an article (w) to be painted by means of a paint spray from a spraying means (4) while displacing the article (w) to be painted, which is held in an arm end part (7a) of the painting robot (6), with respect to the spraying means (4) by actions of the painting robot (6).
